Sangam is a handcrafted clay wall sconce by Naaya Studio, designed around two distinct forms that meet along an illuminated seam.
A curved, leaf-like form sits beside a rounded, petal-shaped form. Their meeting point creates a narrow line of light, bringing out the depth and profile of the ceramic surfaces. The design takes its name from the Hindi word for confluence, the point at which two separate elements come together.
Made by hand in Bangalore, India, Sangam combines sculptural form with functional wall lighting. It works as an individual feature on an accent wall or in pairs beside a bed, sofa or console. It is also suited to entryways, staircase landings, corridors and hospitality interiors.
The fixture uses two G9 LED bulbs, which are not included. Sangam is available in selected ceramic finishes and multiple sizes, allowing it to be specified for different wall proportions and interior schemes.
