Hand-knotted in wool originating circa 1950-1960, this vintage Persian rug connotes a mid-century Gabbeh rug design in excellent condition, enjoying a versatile 3x5 size and a comfortable beige-brown colorway in complementary geometry. A tasteful red accent in the sheen, lush yarn outlines the central field and draws the eye to the subtle variations in the transitional colorway, marrying repetition and departures thereof in a handsome, comfortable vintage rug from this mid-century tribal rug family.
