Originating from Turkey circa 1940-1950, from a rare mid-century curation of small-sized Kilims our principal has acquired lately. Adapted from handwoven wool bags into a flatweave, the piece carries a forgiving attitude and a refreshing take on traditional tribal patterns.

This particular 3x5 piece enjoys striations in a neutral beige-brown colorway with black punctuations exemplifying mid century aesthetics. Connoisseurs may note a handsome textural element for a comfortable appeal. Carrying the rustic & simplified approach of tribal aesthetics, this contemporary sensible rug is great for entryways and similar spaces. In good condition.
