Veronika Jørgensen has since 2017 operated the sign company Veronika Skilte in Copenhagen. She started out on basic courses as sign technician but was quickly driven to the hand-painted facet of the profession. Since it is no longer possible to learn as a traditional sign painter, she had to go the self-taught path. Equipped with enamel paints, lettering brushes, and mahl stick, she began to practice and quickly found talent in the field. With a background as a jeweler and graffiti artist, the work as a sign painter is the perfect blend of refined craftsmanship and graphic expressions.
Although the focus is on old and traditional techniques and craftsmanship, Veronika Skilte is still a modern signage company that can perform the vast majority of tasks, however with brush, paint, and handcraft instead of a machine that cuts in plastic wrap. This ensures the craftsmanship of the highest quality.
