After recovering from several different "incurable" auto-immune issues by making lifestyle changes, I traded in my stable job as a bridal boutique owner to start making crystal-infused clean beauty products in the kitchen of my studio apartment. As an aesthetician and intuitive empath, I've spent years testing products, recipes and ingredients and I don't believe that we should have to compromise our health just to use luxurious beauty products or to live a life that feels good. These days, I help stressed out empaths and mamas find balance and carve out the self-care space that they deserve by sharing detox guides, clean beauty reviews, energetic rituals and intuitive self-care tips. Most days you’ll find me hanging out with my two Boston Terriers (Lola + Lemon) mixing up holistic beauty potions, writing, doing freelance product photography or (gluten-free) baking for my husband!

What is the interior design style of your space?
"I guess I would call it cozy feminine chic with a slight jungalow vibe. Is that a thing? :) I definitely love a Scandinavian vibe because all of those natural elements like plants and wood and natural textiles just really make a space feel like a home to me. I also love a light, bright, and airy aesthetic. I also truly feel like you can never have too many plants. I am 100% into the energy of a space, but I also need things to be functional. I absolutely love to cook and to entertain, so I want people to feel like our home is their home too."
