The restaurant, from chef and owner Chris Bleidorn, pays homage to heritage cooking in an environment akin to dining in someone’s home. Using smooth lines, warm woods, and a pastel palette inspired by fresh farm eggs, SAINT's interior work helps highlight the connection between city and nature. Focal points are the open kitchen, two private dining rooms, and walk-in glass fridge locker accented by vibrant teal tiles. No matter where you look, locally sourced wood plays a key role in the decor as do pops of color including shades of blue and teal.
