Lisa Lindenbaum has more than sixteen years of experience in the art world and six years working as an art advisor. Previously, she worked at leading contemporary art galleries in New York, Seattle and San Francisco. Most recently at Haines Gallery (San Francisco), Lisa worked with private and corporate clients to successfully develop their collection while addressing each client's aesthetic, conceptual and budget interests. She has managed complex large-scale projects and commissions with internationally known artists. Lisa is well regarded for her ability to manage multiple and oftentimes competing constituencies. She is able to put collectors, art committees and artists at ease throughout the process.
Lisa studied art history at Colgate University where she earned her degree in Art History and Political Science. Currently, Lisa serves on SFMOMA’s SECA Art Council, a group that actively supports contemporary art in San Francisco and beyond. She also is a member of the Design Advisory Board advising the San Francisco Decorator Showcase.
