In 2007, Jaroslav was awarded Ingvar Kamprad Scholarship for Master´s degree at the School of Industrial Design in Lund in Sweden, where he graduated in 2009.
Later, the same year he was chosen to participate in the S.T.A.R. design program organized by NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston.
In 2010, Jaroslav graduated Cum Laude from Sculpture studio at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology in the Czech Republic.
In his studio, Jaroslav produces his own limited collections. He also works for different clients including interior and consumer product manufacturers.
During his career, Jaroslav has already received internationally renowned awards, including Interior Innovation Award at IMM Cologne in 2012 for Chair 002 or Red Dot Design Award for Yedoo Wolfer scooter in 2016.
Jaroslav lives and works in Brno, Czech Republic.
