"Blythe Cain is an American artist who lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. She graduated from Parsons School of Design in 2005. She spends her time between her family run a wood shop in the North East Kingdom of Vermont and her studio in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Woodworking and specialized fabrication and design techniques are a large part of Blythe's artistic practice and background. Social constructs, Earthworks and Site-Specific concepts are strong elements found in her work. Currently, she is working on a series of mixed media paintings and installations."
