Wescover now has a universal return policy for all Trade members’ orders (yes, this even includes custom). Just contact Wescover about returning your order within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll arrange return shipping and send your refund. Your return is FREE (no restocking fee). And you’ll be reimbursed on the same card you used to purchase.

Wescover will help to make return shipping arrangements, but Trade members are responsible for return shipping costs and will not be reimbursed for their original shipping cost. We cannot reimburse for import duties paid on international shipments.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We want your order to be perfect and we will partner with the Creator to either send a replacement or provide you with a full refund. Please send photos of the damaged item and the packaging so that we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In order for your purchase to be eligible for the Trade Return Policy, the following criteria must be met:
* Items must be returned in the condition received. Any international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded. Wescover agrees to handle and cover returns according to the above.
