The Secret was initially a smaller wire sculpture, and one of the few that stuck with me - so I decided to reengage with the subject in a larger format. While it's two figures, it's all one line, one connection. I hesitate to bring meaning beyond the aesthetic into my work, it's mostly about repetition and balance and line. Wired Sculpture Studios is a design project by Duncan Sherwood-Forbes, a Los Angeles-based multimedia artist and designer specializing in linear metal sculpture and continuous line drawing.

Duncan uses a single flowing line to animate his abstract portraits and figurative work, pulling inspiration from modern and contemporary art as well as graffiti, craft, and outsider art. His work has been featured in galleries around the country and private collections around the world.
