Our stumps all go through a drying process in our kiln. We are meticulous with bringing each and every log to a specific moisture level. This process helps with major cracking, long-term moisture issues, and bugs.

If selecting natural the piece will be finished in Rubio Monocoat pure which is a clear coat. It enhances the natural color of the wood.
If selecting white the piece will be finished in Rubio Monocoat Nordic White. Black will be Rubio Monocoat Intense Black.
*Please note bow ties are not included. If interested in bow ties send us a custom request prior to ordering and we can create a custom order for you. Bow tie upgrade is $25.00/per.

Each piece is made from natural wood and will have its own distinctive grain patterns, marks, color and textural variations. Wood is a natural product that varies widely.

Wood naturally moves. These are solid pieces and for that reason, they are prone to cracking. You may get more cracks or bigger cracks in the first few weeks as the wood acclimates to its new home and climate.
