I view Furniture as Interactive Interior Architecture. Every Piece is an Oportunity to Create something to Inspire You and Make your Daily Life Brighter.

"Craftsmanship and a great work ethic are elements I learned organically growing up. My family tree is filled with various hard working tradesmen that have helped shape me into the person and maker I am today.

After discovering that true happiness does not translate directly from annual monetary earnings I decided to change course and invest in a more meaningful future. In the end, a smile cannot be bought or sold, so it must be earned through hard work and dedication to a craft.

From my life’s relationships and experiences, I have gathered skills and knowledge in my head and in my hands. I now apply them creatively producing out of my studio CAUV Design in Red Hook, Brooklyn and see designing and making as ways of consistently testing, improving and expressing myself."
