"For me painting is a mental release. It is a chance to be taken on a journey by my creativity, to explore the endless possibilities within the artwork.” - JG

From Portland, Maine and a graduate from The Maine College of Art, Jared Goulette, also know as The Color Wizard, has a diverse skill set as a professional Muralist. From geometric to organic, Jared works on new designs, canvases, and large scale murals constantly. When using aerosol he uses a vibrant color palette of Molotow Premium spray paint and uses various effects of shadowing and highlights to push the dimensions and realism in his paintings, murals and graphics.

“My Medium of choice is Molotow Premium spray paint. Spray paint isn't just spray-able paint to me. It is about the skill and finesse needed to control the can and the subtle application of pressure. It’s the enjoyment of pushing particles of pigment, over a soft three-color fade. It's the smell of paint in the air and the simple beauty of a crisp outline, or intentional drip. Painting is a mental release. It is a chance to be taken on a journey by my creativity, to explore the endless possibilities within the artwork.” - JG
