I am Christine Crawford, a muralist born & raised in Columbia, SC but travel all over to bring creativity to space. I am part of the Girls Who Paint Murals, Co. Team that is made up of myself & Allison Dunavant, a muralist from Charleston, SC.
My mission is to transform public spaces into vibrant, colorful experiences using both detail & abstract language to engage with the history, architecture and culture of a place. While I have certain types of style, my work flows with everyone. I believe the aesthetics of an environment can influence emotions, which is why I think public art is so important to the community. With my education background, I approach my designs with a marketing mind by gathering goals & objectives to build a visual around the brand instead of making a piece of art fit into a space. I have a passion for creating for communities close to my heart and I love to travel to create visions to bring to life. I have much experience when it comes to creating both small & large scale murals & I know for a fact I can bring your vision to life. I am easy to work with, offering flexible schedules & efficient timelines all whileI using high-quality materials that provide longevity & durability.
