Watershed

Description
The celebration of the Roxborough Pocket Park opening, as part of the Art Is Life spring street festival, included the dedication of Watershed, a mural by internationally recognized artist and Roxborough native Paul Santoleri, produced in partnership with Mural Arts Philadelphia. Watershed blends nature and history to express the role water plays in creating and sustaining life.

Meet the Creator

My artwork is a balance between a spontaneous energy and a prolonged effort; a lifetime of drawing, collecting images, responses to the world surrounding, reflections of the awesome, sometimes terrible but always amazing. I love to place the artwork where it has a chance to stay there and spin stories out of its own context.
