Public Art Mural - Snorkeling Trail

The mural is dedicated to the Phil Foster Park Snorkeling Trail, an international destination, known for exotic and rare species of marine life. Phil Foster, a “pioneer” citizen in Riviera Beach, lived in the area for 32 years prior to his death in 1917. He was the owner of one of the area’s first tourist courts. The park was opened and dedicated in his memory in January 1953. The Phil Foster Artificial Reef and Snorkel Trail are composed of nearly two acres and 600 tons of limestone boulders.
