Item details

This piece painted by JP Gatica in plaza Bismarck de Valparaíso. Made by way of reflection that nothing should be purged from the body, just take off the slab of the cultural lining that involves Christian morals and "good manners." Live the sin of being human with sexuality and a body to feel it as you like and want.

Originally from Viña del Mar, currently based in Valparaíso, as an urban artist, he has been developing his visual proposal from the exploration of historical contents. It seeks to express from the concept of human portrait not only an expression of gestures, but rather of its dualities that confer the strange power of the human being, its lights and shadows seen through cultural symbols such as religions, the mural, emotions and social conventions, through a proposal that seeks to reflect on who we are as an animal species that dominated this world with its power and the model for its purposes.
