A heron strikes a graceful pose among wetland grasses in this balletic Solid glass sculpture full of light and movement. Each element is formed entirely by hand while the glass is hot—the artists use no molds or castings, ensuring that every piece is unique. Removable elements are set in a solid wood base finished with satin black paint. Each glass element is removable for easy shipment and cleaning. Due to the nature of the coloring technique on the heron, each one will have its own pattern. No two will ever be exactly the same. Base is 2"h, 6" D X 7" W

Art Glass Inspired by Water and the rhythm of dance

luminous glass sculptures that evoke the image of underwater coral reefs, dancing with the rhythm of the tides. Inspired by the artists' experience diving in the clear waters of Florida and the Caribbean and their love of dance, the work appears to move gracefully as the light plays off its surfaces. Formed by hand from molten glass using the latticino technique, each piece is unique.
