Nembi

“Nembi” (Italian for Clouds) by Elena Manferdini is a permanent public art project commissioned by L.A. County for the entry gate at Hubert Humphrey Health Center. The piece, completed in 2013, was designed with the idea of schematically coordinating with the iconic green color bands of the health center's concrete façade.
