"Artifact" is #3 in a series of 11″ x 11″ square wall hangings that I created. Each one is hand-carved into a block of solid mahogany then blackened with a dye. The finish is then burnished to allow the rich mahogany color to show through in places. It is then finished with an oil/wax.
This piece has been sold, but I have others available, and will re-create this one to order. I welcome custom commissions for new designs and different sizes/ variations of wall sculptures as well.
