This ancient all-over Boteh runner adding the perfect touch to a beautiful kitchen by some of our lovely local clients.

Name: Leah

Size: 3.3 x 10.4

Age: Antique

Pile: Low with patina

About: Iconic fence design, timeless multi-shaped boteh seed motifs, fantastic abrash throughout, sensational color palette, and wool pile with wool foundation speaking to it's nomadic and tribal essence - this is art. This is what hand-knotted rugs are all about. This piece was probably woven by a mother, given the boteh seed designs that fill up the middle. The blues, blush, orange, pinks, chocolate, and antique beige (just to name a few colors) are incredible together. This weaver had an eye, and this piece is a manifestation of her artistic expression. Soulful and beautiful really sum this gem up in a couple of words! One of our best runners!

This rug is one-of-a-kind, only one available. Because of the nature and age of these older/antique handmade pieces, irregularities and age-related wear are likely to exist and are not considered defects.
