Austin TEMPO 2019 - Peoples Gallery 2020 . Wearing a luchador mask used by wrestlers in Mexico, this grackle is quirky, whimsical, energetic and weird, like Austin itself. Ganador, or "winner" in Spanish, is made up of recycled bicycle tires paying homage to Austin's environmental awareness.
