Susan Bahary is one of the foremost artists specializing in bronze and the unique medium of fine art acrylic and stainless steel. Her sculptures of equine, canine and human subjects have been featured in such national media as CNN, FOX News, NBC, and Discovery Channel among others. Her works can be found in museums, veterinary schools, military bases and public installations worldwide, and has been featured in many films and books. Susan created our country’s first official war dog memorial, “Always Faithful” that was unveiled at the Pentagon and dedicated at the US Marine Corps War Dog Cemetery on Guam in 1994. She has since been a leader in raising awareness of and support for their deeds and sacrifices.
