Stacy Stemach was the architect on the project. Justyn Livingston developed the concept of an assemblage mosaic mural representing the aerial view of the river running through our town and how our city was named Bend. I assembled the whole 29 panel mural including many metal strands that hundreds of volunteers clipped and wired together. I also designed and fabricated the metal and mirror mosaic logo.
