Two Italian glass mosaic murals that flank the entry to the State Judiciary Building on Kauai.
Ka Na Wai is the Hawaiian word for Law and the 1st law made by Kamehameha, which placed a taboo on changing the course of water a reference to water rights. About half a million 10 mm. Italian glass mosaic tiles come together to make this waterfall for the Judiciary Building. Sprinkled with fluted silver leaf, they twinkle in the sun. Justice rains down.
