Two Italian glass mosaic murals that flank the entry to the State Judiciary Building on Kauai.
Ka Na Wai is the Hawaiian word for Law and the 1st law made by Kamehameha, which placed a taboo on changing the course of water a reference to water rights. About half a million 10 mm. Italian glass mosaic tiles come together to make this waterfall for the Judiciary Building. Sprinkled with fluted silver leaf, they twinkle in the sun. Justice rains down.

"I like being in the water - that is a source of inspiration and I'm obsessed by big bold graphic shapes that are icons for everyday life"

One thing leads to another,
I started in a loft in downtown LA painting billboards and backdrops in the studios. This lead to hotel commissions painted on a large scale, which led to huge public art commissions. Meanwhile I swim everyday which led to my women in water series, which are shown at galleries from Martha's Vineyard, to New York to Hawaii and placed in various museums.
