Attracted to color and texture and reinterpreting those qualities in my artwork.
Lisa has always been passionate about art. She enjoys observing the colors in nature and landscapes and translating those images and ideas into her work. She enjoys painting abstracts as well as more realistic interpretations always instilling her flair for color or creative expression. She works primarily in acrylic, pastel and watercolor.
She has studied at the Arts Students League in Manhattan, Visual Arts Center of NJ as well as many studios and workshops in NJ. She has been an exhibitor in many art shows and galleries in NJ and has also participated in art shows in Martha's Vineyard, MA.
She is currently completing a bucket list item by creating and posting a new piece of art every day. Follow her progress @lisa.collins.art on Instagram.
