When translated from Italian, Ispirato al Vestito, means "Inspired by the dress". Not just any dress, this painting was inspired by the iconic Versace gown Jennifer Lopez originally wore to the Grammys in 2000. Twenty years later she closed the Spring 2020 Versace show during Milan fashion week in a reinvented version. This jungle inspired color palette with bright greens, rich blues and splashes of neon and yellow has quickly become one of my favorites. I have kept this piece in my own archives for many years but am releasing it for sale.
