Bole and Blossom beautiful living room features these lovely gold prints by Erik Linton. These tree ring gold prints were from the Grand Canyon and Yellowstone. 18x24 inches

Yellowstone tree rings:
Real tree ring art print from Yellowstone National Park.

This tree grew along the Madison River in Yellowstone National Park until the fire of 1988 devastated much of the landscape. Unlike some of my other prints, this print does not have the same smooth look and rings. Instead, it shows the effects of the extreme heat that cracked the wood in irregular ways. When you buy one of these tree ring prints, you’re getting an actual handmade woodcut print, not something printed from a machine. That’s because I consider each a work of art that is as unique as the tree I make them from. I also don’t believe in cutting down trees to make my art. I travel to meaningful places to find wood from previously fallen trees. In a way, I’m just publishing the story of a place as written by a tree over decades and sometimes hundreds of years. I sign each print because I stand by my work. If you’re not happy with the artwork I will give you a full refund, no questions asked.

Grand Canyon Cedar, Tree Ring Print:
Woodblock of a cedar tree from the Grand Canyon in Arizona. The wood was taken from a previously downed tree just outside of the National Park.
