This is an example of a portrait I have done in oil. I'm currently accepting commissions for oil portraits. Prices are determined by square inch with a minimum of $800. This painting is of a man who was enslaved in Boston during a smallpox epidemic. He introduced the idea of inoculation agains the virus. Throughout history; however, his master, Cotton Mather has received the credit for the lives that were saved as a result of Onesimus' knowledge.
