Darlene imagines in colour and earth tones and incorporates shapes and lines in her originals. She loves the works of Kandinsky, Kline, Klimt and Mitchell to name a few. Many of her pieces have a graffiti tone to them and she incorporates notes and illegible script in some. They are conversation pieces and focal points to any space.
