Color Cartel painted this massive 2,000-square-foot, comic-book-inspired mural on a ceiling of the rec room. It incorporates neon and glow-in-the-dark paint so certain elements only appear when the UV lights come on.

Meet the Creator

The Color Cartel started as a name that APSE and his crew used to tag their works with. Painting graffiti changed these artists’ perspective on the world around them and the way they create.

Demand for The Color Cartel has grown quickly and they have established themselves around the nation as an exciting, Austin-based family of artists.
