Hakone Grande design from Patricia Braune’s Tranquil Lines Collection.
I was inspired to illustrate the Japanese forest grass called Hakone, the movement and long blades of grass created a beautiful woven-style pattern. With my Hakone Grande design, I chose to enlarge the design to create a bold, graphic design that was contemporary in nature.
