This was a shell condition unit in the Victoria Shopping Centre. I divided a 800 square meters space in the existing 1600 square meters area as a space for this buffet restaurant. As the owner required arranged 200 seats in the restaurant and designed it in a modern style. Considered the location nearby the sea and quite limited budget. I created some features suitable for it.
