Was a shell condition unite in Kennet Shopping Centre, Newbury, UK. The area is around 500 sqm. Actually the access and functions were the most important considerations while it's in the design progress. Because the whole unite is higher lever than the main access. Also no shopfront applied when the unite been taken by client. So it's really affect the budget which is quite limited.
