Space Copenhagen design the spaces and furniture for 11 Howard. Infuse with typical Danish design by selected natural materials and a muted palette for the guest. Space Copenhagen created a range of custom furniture, handmade in Denmark, for the rooms. The lounge pieces are made from oiled oak to add to the light colour palette of the walls and flooring. Beautiful organic materials such as porcelain tile, marble countertops, stone and wood and of course the fashionable brass trimmings compost the bright elegance of the decor.

Meet the Creator

"Space Copenhagen—established in 2005 by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou, both graduates of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Architecture—is known for defying habits and employing a sincere personal vision to their design.

The duo have turned their attention to everything from interior design, to furniture and refined objects for everyday use as well as artistic installations and art direction. They've produced Interior design for some of the world’s most influential restaurants like NOMA, Geranium—owned by Bóchuse D’or winner Rasmus Kofoed—and newcomer Geist, run by Michelin-starred chef Bo Bech."
