The H & M store project located at Avda Portal del Àngel, in the center of Barcelona, consists of the restoration and transformation of the basement, ground floor, first and second floors of the headquarters building of Gas Natural.
The main plants for commercial use are the basement, ground floor and first floor. The second floor is used as a personnel and warehouse area.
The store has a monumental character for its scale, especially thanks to a central atrium and access stairway.
