The Julia collection is inspired by Ito Kish’s grandmother and her provincial home in the Philippines, a quiet bamboo house on stilts. The designs are a regal rendition of the home’s chairs and tables, a contemporary twist on the warm comfort of a simpler time gone by. The collection is made from rattan & PE plastic. Says Kish, the designer of this award-winning collection, “My design will always be about who I am and where I come from.”
