Item details

Size: Individual Panel Size 59cm x 166cm. Materials: monofilament, enamelled copper, reed, paper, chenille. The focus in this work is on material and textural sensitivity, exploring rhythmic movement over the large surface area. The copper used in the weft links directly with the wonderful copper walls. The aim was to create a calm focal point in this at times very busy reception area of the business school. The work references the rhythm and movement as the sea sculpts the shoreline.
