Original custom painting with geometric diamond pattern embroidery. Pricing varies based on size (examples: 20 x 20 $975; 24 x 30 $1,750; 40 x 40 $3,750)

To simplify the commission process and keep work aligned with her style, Emily has curated her most popular compositions for custom artwork. This listing is specifically for a custom abstract painting with an embroidered pattern of small geometric diamonds, featuring raw canvas edges.

The painting can be created on stretched canvas (about 1.5" - 2" deep) wired and ready to hang or on unstretched canvas (tapestry style) which may then be professionally framed (framing is not included). Examples images of the stretched and unstretched options are pictured.

Emily will be in touch to discuss your desired color palette and any slight adjustments you may wish to make to the composition. Sketches/renderings will be sent for your approval before the work begins.

General timeline is 2 - 3 weeks for smaller sizes, 4 - 6 weeks for larger.

Please send a message if you have any questions about sizes, pricing, painting style or anything! Emily is always happy to discuss your vision and needs.

Color-centric abstract painter and embroidery artist

Emily Keating Snyder is a contemporary artist working in abstract painting and minimalist embroidery. Emily's work brings craft into the context of fine art by literally stitching thread into artist’s canvas. Each piece balances rigidity with looseness, as spontaneous brushstrokes come together with intentional embroidered lines. Emily's art has been featured by Real Simple, Emily Henderson, Alexandra Gater, SF Girl By Bay, Parachute Home and Architectural Digest's Clever.
