My installation at The Box at the Standard, Hollywood narrated my recent European travels, keeping vivid memories of home on my conscious. While traveling I found great inspiration collecting a breadth of materials, 1954 French topographical maps, Belgian, Grecian, and Czech maps. In addition, Belgain, Parisian, Grecian, and Italian public transportation tickets. Each piece signifying different moments throughout my traveling months.

Color, nature, architecture, topography amalgamation

I am a Belgian born multi-disciplinary designer and artist residing in the Arts District, Los Angeles.

I focus on the exploration of color, topography, geometry, nature, and architectural amalgamation. I am constantly creating multiple pieces in various media simultaneously, fueling the velocity to my creativity as I sway between the commercial and fine art worlds.

Besides taking a few art classes in high school and college electives, I am a self-taught artist and received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing and Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University. After a twelve year career in marketing for architecture and real estate firms, I ventured off to start my own company in 2017, Caroline Geys Design Studio, as a fine artist and freelance designer, and the many shades of the spectrum in between. Both careers have provided me with a wonderful range of opportunities and collaborations with various types of brands, small business clients and collectors, and large organizations in both the public and private sectors.

Since living in Los Angeles, I have created several public works of permanent and temporary art installations, and exhibited in galleries.
