Sarah Dvorak has put together a compact menu … obviously centered around cheese. There are prepared cheese plates (repping California, Wisconsin and Vermont), or diners can concoct their own.
There are also pressed sandwiches, raclette, and Dvorak’s mac-and-cheese, which currently is an all-California effort: Fiscalini cheddar, Cowgirl Wagon Wheel, and Achadinha Capricious goat cheese.
It’s a cafe format, with self-service — unless you’re at one of the seven seats at the bar.
