Named after The Blue Line, a train that runs between O’Hare Airport and downtown Chicago, Blue Line Pizza makes hefty Chicago-style pies—with Californian style. Around 2004, Little Star Pizza got hot in San Francisco and earned a sterling reputation for their cornmeal crust deep dish pizzas and, after steady years of success, started expanding throughout the Bay Area under the new name. We love the subtle nod to Chicago, the birthplace of deep dish pizza.
