The vibrancy of Miller’s Guild and its craft cooking is anchored by its custom nine-foot-long, custom wood-fired Infierno grill. The space was built with artisanal wood and metal accents. Crown molding and clerestory windows are among the architectural flourishes. White tiles behind the granite-topped bar frame shelves of backlit wine glasses and casks of aging spirits that enhance many cocktails of the restaurant.
Opened in December 2013, Miller's Guild is a partnership between James Beard Award-winning chef Jason Wilson, his wife and Crush co-owner Nicole Wilson, ChefStable Group founder and owner Kurt Huffman, and former Best Young Sommelier in America Jake Kosseff. Miller's Guild is located in downtown’s Hotel Max.
