Partners Jon Gasparini and Greg Lindgren opened 15 Romolo in June of 1998 at the century-old building The Basque Hotel in North Beach. The space has a sultry, rustic vibe. The back alley bar boasts a great jukebox and serves superior drinks with top quality bar bites. The space has been given a new look on the inside with reclaimed Douglas fir tables and muted hues of gray and brown but still boasts the same neon sign in the alley. Guests who venture through 15 Romolo's doors are entitled to receive engaged service of quality menu in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
