Jason Harley (aka Chef J), opens his newest creation Birdies LA, a fresh new casual dining restaurant concept with its flagship location in Downtown Los Angeles. The concept is simple: Fresh, fun, all natural food, served fast. Artisanal donuts made hourly and free-range fried chicken are the staples on a simple menu of Americana classics reimagined with a modern twist.
The Birdie’s Original chicken sandwich, served with cole slaw, buttermilk ranch mayo, Tillamook cheddar & cured pickles, is made from ABF free range, veggie fed, antibiotic free and air chilled chicken, to ensure the highest quality. A selection of artisanal donuts, made from King Arthur flour and locally sourced ingredients, include flavors such as the signature Strawberry Shortcake, Lemon Thyme Pistachio, Strawberry White Chocolate, Cinnamon Nut Crunch, Boston Crème filled Black & White, Candied Bacon Maple and Horchata Twist with Dulce de Leche.
