I explore pattern, structure, distortion, order, and chaos. I search for the truth in my work and let the most appropriate medium take hold; sometimes it manifests as drawings, prints, or painting, sometimes workshops or murals.
I am currently dedicated to geometric studies that challenge my own tendency towards visual order. Each piece begins on a marked surface. The form does not seek to overpower chaos with the order but rather incorporates it, blending the two harmoniously. I approach pedagogy from the same perspective; aiming to honor expressions of creativity and the inherent wisdom of a collaborative process.
