Puspa is a visual artist based in Bisbee, Arizona who creates glossy & surreal art and fashion photography. After a brief stint as a photo assistant with established photographers in NYC she enjoyed a meteoric career in commercial photo retouching. In 2015 she committed to art photography full-time. You can find her fine art photography published in the pages of Territory Magazine and exhibited at The Tucson Museum of Art. In 2019 Puspa directed and shot Anodyne, a film noir comedy. This short film with glossy b&w visuals was her first foray into filmmaking. The film has enjoyed showings and awards at multiple international film festivals. Puspa is thrilled and honored to have been given the opportunity to create visuals for Music under the Dome concert series. For this project she chose to work with the renowned Hawkins Dance Company of Tucson to create a surreal and dreamy experience in b&w. Incorporating Animation in this project she sought out the mentorship and teaching of Bridget Johnson, an NYC based Animator. The Film is set to release in the Fall 2020.
