This is exciting and challenging for me, to ‘see’ something hiding in plain sight."The Los Angeles Center for Digital Art recently named Natalie Christensen as one of “Ten Photographers to Watch.” Christensen’s photography has been exhibited in London, Dusseldorf, New York and Los Angeles. The Royal Photographic Society in the United Kingdom presented her artwork accompanied by a lecture by the artist. As one of five invited photographers for “The National 2018: Best of Contemporary Photography” show at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art, her work was bestowed the Purchase Prize and thereby added to the museum’s permanent collection. Her work has been part of collaborative site-specific projects presented by Iconic Standard Vision Billboard, Los Angeles; El Rey Court, Santa Fe; University of New Mexico, Albuquerque; and Peckham Levels, London.Christensen’s work has been included in global museums, private and corporate collections, public art installations and gallery exhibitions. In addition, her work has been broadly featured in the global art press.
