As a child, whenever I saw a nail, or a hammer, or a 2x4, I felt a need to build something.
My first creations were tons of fun: turtle cages, go-karts, bird houses.
As a teen, I took up drumming, which led me to New York City and a successful career recording and touring with numerous bands. Most notable was the punk band LUNACHICKS.
I also worked building architectural models and designs for professional clients in New York City .
I loved the experience of building architectural models in Judy Garland's studio in Carnegie Hall, including two models for architect Frank Ghery.
Other models in my portfolio include landscape designs for the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens in NYC. I also worked in special effects and prop building, including on the Advil and Absolut Vodka ads.
